Nissan Qashqai airbag error reset

If you accidentally disconnected some connector and afterward the airbag warning light started blinking, and you're sure the issue is not a malfunction but rather your own mistake, you can try to reset airbag error with following procedure:

1. Insert the key into the ignition.
2. Press the brake pedal and Keep the brake pedal pressed until the entire procedure is complete!
3. Turn the key to the ignition position when all the dashboard lights come on.
4. Wait for the airbag warning light to turn off.
5. Within 1 second after it turns off, switch off the ignition.
6. Wait for 3 seconds.
7. Repeat steps 3–6 three more times.

You have now entered the airbag self-diagnosis mode. If no errors are found, the warning light will start blinking slowly (with long intervals).

Turn off the ignition and then start the car. The error should be cleared.
