How to Activate the Automatic Window Mode on a Nissan Note

Only the driver’s window supports automatic mode.

What is automatic mode?
In this mode, pressing (or pulling) the window switch firmly until it clicks will make the window fully open or close on its own without needing to hold the switch.

This function is pre-configured at the factory. However, if the battery has been disconnected or the automatic function stops working, it may need to be re-initialized.

To reinitialize the automatic window mode:

1. Press and hold the driver’s window switch down until the window is fully open, then release the switch.

2. Pull and hold the driver’s window switch up until the window is fully closed, then continue holding the switch for another 5 seconds.

After this, the automatic up/down function should be restored.
