Toyota Avensis reviews
Total 53 Toyota Avensis owner reviews
Pros: -Very spacious cabin and boot.
-Comfortable and with a decent amount of extras
Sufficient power for day-to-day use
-Relatively low fuel consumption for a naturally aspirated petrol
Cons: Endemic problem with the 1.8 vvt-i engines in avensis up to 2005, they consume a lot of oil. They also have a long term problem with the headlights due to overheating, coming from the engine, having to replace them in the long run. This last problem is most likely to be caused by the oil problem, as this consumption causes the engine to heat up even more (do not neglect the maintenance of the antifreeze, radiator, fan and circuit).
