Seat Ateca 2020 reviews
Pros: Comfortable, pleasant, spacious, well equipped, easy to understand. Perfect road-holding - driving an SUV, but feels like a sports car - takes corners perfectly, without wobbling, because the suspension is firm ("soft" drivers won't like it). Fuel consumption is ideally low - on the motorway, the average has been as low as 5.0 l/100km over a long distance. Long-term consumption is 6.0 l/100km in winter and 5.6 l/100km in summer. Responsive - you can drive relaxed, but if you want to, fast and sporty. Small engine (1.5), but 150hp is absolutely enough to drive and manoeuvre with agility.
Cons: Nothing bad to say so far

Pros: A very modern and well thought-out car. 360-degree camera + reversing sensors for excellent visibility and manoeuvring safety. Side mirrors are small and do not show the full picture in the city. The cabin is only comfortable for 4 people due to a very high centre rise in the middle of the 2nd row. It will be difficult to crawl through the cabin. The seats in the second row are comfortable for passengers of all heights. The driving position is comfortable and the seats provide excellent comfort for both back and hips. The seating can be transformed in different ways. The driving position can be programmed to suit each driver's seating habits. The tailgate can be opened electronically with a switch on the dashboard or with the key. The boot is roomy and high. The seats transform easily to form a flat floor. The steering wheel is of traditional diameter. The car is easy to drive and a pleasure to drive. It has a small turning circle. The car has various modern settings for economical city driving. One of them is the economy driving mode in combination with the start-stop system. The car drives smoothly with inertia at speeds of up to 50 km per hour. When you release the accelerator, the intelligent system maintains the starting speed by running only 2 cylinders until you apply the brakes. This ensures very low fuel consumption in urban areas at 30 and 50 km/h. Even in standard driving settings, the car has excellent acceleration without the need to shift into Sport mode. The sport setting can only be used by exceptional sports driving professionals. There are no dynamics problems when driving on the expressway or overtaking. The car has a road sign reader. Navigation map is on both the media screen and on the driver's screen between the indicator pucks. On-board control monitor is easy to operate with analogue menu buttons + large high resolution touch screen in the centre for precise changing of radio or other settings. The hands-free call system provides excellent audibility from the cabin and the ability to take or make calls without taking your hands off the wheel. Climate control is easy to understand and operate with buttons + precise settings on the on-board computer screen if required. The flow is quiet and does not freeze the driver's hands or feet.
Cons: Slightly firm suspension. Plastic parts can rattle when driving on bridges in city mode. Problem with the analogue speedometer, which cannot accurately detect speeds between 80 and 100 km/h. A sign reader warns of speeding. But this does not match the speed of the car as reported by Waze.
