Pros: This particular Frontera is probably better than that of Frontera 2 (second is a fractious engine). When engine is followed by and maintained, it serves long and well. It is not fanciful to fuel, takes everything. In winter, jumping from half a revolution in -25C, indeed, if battery is capable of generating enough power. I love this engine gas distribution mechanism shall be recovered through gears. Therefore, no need to change gear belt, which pays some cars expensive or problems with chains that tends to be worn with time. As a whole car is a very tough because parts are made profound. I've been through offroads. Trafficability, for standard car is brilliant. This car has a fully fledged four-wheel drive with which it is also reduced mode. Even recently, several times I drove through 8 km long off-road stage where UAZ failed two times.
Cons: Negative as a matter of principle, is small details. Firstly hubs, needed to change to mechanical. It is characteristic of brake calliper control stucking (they once a year should be cleaned and oiled). Is thought to be out of engine oil pressure sensor. I can't say anything more bad for over four years usage.
