Would NOT recomend this car to the friend
Pros: - Very comfortable.
- Suspension very soft, can't feel potholes at all.
- Very dynamic, 0-55 in the city is lightning fast (in city I found myself running ahead at all junctions), outside the city it pushes very well too, to go heavy you will have to push the pedal harder.
- Very stable also at 160km/h (I have not driven faster).
- Very feature rich, even though it counts as an old car (2003, but has rain sensor, parking sensors, automatic headlights, dimming lights, heated, electrically controlled seats, SBC PUMP (the best feature for automatics), cruise and definitely something else I'm forgetting)
- Stock stereo is very excellent, both bass and treble stand out well and the toms don't start to rasp at high bass or volume, which I've heard in Fords (Focus, 2007, hatchback) and BMWs (320d, 2006).
Cons: - Every other big trip left me halfway with something broken or a defect
- There comes a time when interior parts (the boot liner, for example) are hard to find.
- Sometimes interesting gear changes (at 100, pressing the gas, the gearbox seems to throw 3 at other times, which throws the revs up to 4k, and then in the middle of a manoeuvre - overtaking the car - the car will "pop in" that it still needs a 4th gear, which it will change and can fly past, I noticed both with stock and changed gearbox control unit, I had also reset the gearbox to make the computer think again. Didn't help)

Pros: The car never fails you. 2.2 CDI engine is both sufficient economic as well as a rather chipper. The actual consumption is 7-8 litres per 100km. Driving comfort as for E class ideal. Very much extrascar for such year. Xenon, electric windows, electric mirrors, conditioner. All you could ask for from AVANGARDE version.
Cons: The biggest problem with Class E is RUST. The car was almost fully repainted and in about a year later rust began to appear again. Computer sometimes throws an error.
