Volvo V70 1996 reviews
Pros: We wanted a cheap and durable car - we found it. A real Volvo, like the Swedes used to make, even though the engine was VW/Audi, it never let us down, even in the coldest winters. The main thing is to change the belt kit in time, then the bonnet will only need to be opened for oil changes and window fluid. The good old 5-cylinder diesel. Personally I can say that this is one of 2 or 3 cars I would sign up to drive around the world, for its durability and reliability. Although my specimen was even very battered, over the 3 years of my ownership, I only had to replace the clutch. I don't count standard things like brakes and oil. I sold it to a neighbour, already visually very tired, as I was driving building materials and all sorts of other loads, and quite ruthlessly thrashing around the country off-roads, but even after all that I never had a single suspension complaint in the inspection, nor was there any indication that anything under there was dead. My neighbour is still driving today.
Cons: Like the old diesels, they are ugly, but whether that is a significant disadvantage, I doubt. There may have been the occasional little electric glitch, but I never had to stay on the side of the road because of them, because, after all, my car was already 20 years old and had an obscure history when I bought it.
It's hard to find a reasonably good example, although if you look in Germany, it's rare to find one still in circulation.

Pros: Economical and very dynamic for 1999 as Swedes have been clever and used Audi 2,5 TDI engines. Plenty of space, ideal for families and journeys. Go through any site. The car after cabin design everything great arranged and understandable.:)
Cons: Limited space in the rear seats. Electronics tend to be a weakness, my car has a window release button that doesn't work.

Pros: Decent work horse. A good low-end family car. Practical. The relatively dynamic and powerful in class, for his age. Maintenance, repair costs are moderate (more expensive than a similar age VW, Opel universals)
Cons: In city parking sometimes can interfere with a car length. Ignition problems

Pros: A small, even very low fuel consumption for such a large car! Comfort, security and stability on road. Superstructure strength, rust is not a problem. Very roomy, a great ally going out - tent is not required.
Cons: Little more difficult to park in, but it is possible to do.

Pros: Spacious comfortable and powerful. The interior is quite comfortable and exclusive. The term "rust" is not known.
Cons: Terrible fuel consumption and rattling salon. Faulty electronics - shows ABS and TRACK error, and the boot lid mechanism does not work either.

Pros: Durable and reliable car. Just changing parts, which had been changed by previous owner. I've never changed parts, which I've replaced. Investing money, because plan is to go for at least another 2 or 3 years. As well as not having to contend with rust.

Pros: Fuel consumption for such a large car is small, sitting comfortable. Large capacity, when the rear seats are folded down, you can get a smooth seamless load space. Previous owner chip tuned it, power was overwhelming.
