Volkswagen Passat 2000 reviews
Pros: Perfect car for economy, 96kw 1.9tdi powerful enough, a bit difficult to manoeuvre for the size of a cow. Hardly economical, fill it up and forget it for a while, doesn't eat oil.
For a while ate off fresh batteries, probably the old owner did some wonders with the radio wiring, batteries died after 2 months, but under warranty managed to replace at least 2 batteries, re-wired behind the magnetola and all ok now.
All in all, a good car in its class and a comfortable cabin with heated seats that also warm the back.
Cons: As with old diesels, there are oil leaks, but nothing to worry about, the main thing is to change seals and oil and keep an eye on the oil level.

Pros: A good car for its price, many features and all works. The car can say that there is no rust. A practical, powerful enough for a practical man.
Cons: It is a pity that isn't new. And actual mileage around 400 000km.
